Pharmacy Weight Loss Oxford is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Oxford and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council standards.
Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before any prescription can be considered. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any person we deem ineligible on clinical or safety grounds.
Weight loss medications will only be prescribed where clinically appropriate. Eligibility criteria, including BMI thresholds, are assessed on an individual basis by our prescribing pharmacist. You must not use this service if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a contraindicated medical condition.
All prescriptions issued through Pharmacy Weight Loss Oxford are generated following a clinical review of your submitted health information. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribing pharmacist and cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in clinical harm and will void any obligation on our part to provide a refund. Prescriptions are valid for use only through our pharmacy unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through an encrypted payment gateway. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is that shown at the time of checkout. We will not charge additional fees without your prior consent.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Orders approved after our daily dispatch cut-off time will be processed the following working day.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. We use tracked delivery services and will provide tracking information where available. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
If your order is declined at the clinical review stage, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
The information provided through our service is for general guidance only and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice from your GP or specialist. Our prescribing pharmacist will assess your suitability for treatment, but we strongly encourage you to inform your regular GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications may carry side effects and risks. You are responsible for reading all accompanying patient information leaflets. If you experience any adverse effects, you should stop taking the medication and seek immediate medical attention.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
